All the users of the Website undertake to comply with these conditions for the use of the Website. By using, viewing, sending, retaining, storing and/or using the information and materials of the Website, of the services or functions provided within or by the Website or the Website’s content, in any manner, you agree with each of the terms and conditions presented below.
Babylonapartment.com reserves the right to unilaterally change and without any prior notification: the content, presentation form and/or structure of the Website anytime, the modifications being considered to be accepted by you if you will continue using the Website after the display of the Terms and Conditions on the Website, after a prior, visible notification regarding the fact that these Terms and Conditions were updated.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Vietnam.

Babylon Serviced Apartment respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information that we collect from you or you provide us when you using our website or contact any of our Babylon’s staff via phone, email or direct contact.

- Your payment information (credit card, bank account for bank transfer purpose)
- Your itinerary for your reservation (flight details, check in and check out date)
- Your membership information (regular guest)
- Your company information (corporation booking)
- Other information that you may provide for us to enhance your stayed (example: health information, guest preference)
- Information from the third parties

- Process, confirm and charge your reservation
- Forming the contract between you and the Serviced Apartment
- To provide you the suitable services
- Dealing with your booking, requests, complaints and other issues regarding to your booking
- Promote the products and services that you may interest
- Conducting analysis and research
- Training purpose
- To comply with government laws and regulation
- For any other purpose for which we have your consent
Disclosure of personal information:
We may share your personal data to:
- Babylon Serviced Apartment Management Board and Team
- External agencies or suppliers that may engage to process your reservation
- Any law enforcement or Government upon required
- Service providers that you requested
- To any regulatory authority
We will not disclose your information to the third party without your consent.
Data Security
By browsing our website, registering member and making reservation, you have acknowledged and agreed with our processing of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that our site will function faultless and without any interruptions. The transmission of information on the Internet is not complete secure. Though we do our best to protect your personal information, we shall not be liable for any damages that might result from the use of electronic communication.

These terms and conditions apply to all guests of Babylon Service Apartment chain.
BOOKING
Guests may book in advance or upon arrival. Rates and rooms featured on Babylon website are subjected to availability, and the service apartment reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reasons.
A booking is just guaranteed when guest receive a confirmation code from us via email.
When a guaranteed reservation is made, the contract (which including these terms and conditions) is formed between the guest with Babylon Service Apartment. Pre-termination of the lease after check-in is not permitted and full charge on deposit/payment of the confirmed reservations is applied
RATES
All rates shown online are in USD per room, and are inclusive of all fees and tax.
Rates are subjected to change without notice. Once a confirmation code is given, the rate is guaranteed. Rate does not include any incidental charges that may be incurred during guests’ stay. Such charges must be paid on guests’ departure and in the event of failure to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of guest’s contract with Babylon service apartment that he/she irrevocably authorizes the service apartment to debit his/her deposit for the amount of any shortfall.
DEPOSIT AMOUNT
Deposit is required before or upon check-in. The deposit amount is varied depended on guests’ length of stays.
- Short term stays:
- From 6 to 30 nights: from 1 million VND up to 30% of total rent
- Full payment in advance: 100 USD on check-in.
- Long term stays:
- From 1 to 6 months stay: 1 month’s rental.
- More than 6 months stay: 2 months’ rental.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
No show or cancelation might result in 100% of deposit/payment charge. To avoid cancelation charge, you must send us notification in advance:
- For booking less than 01 weeks: 07 days prior to arrival date;
- For booking of 01 weeks to less than 01 months: 14 days prior to arrival date;
- For booking of 01 months and above: 01 months prior to arrival date.
PAYMENT METHOD
Guests may make payment or deposit by:
- Cash at any of our Babylon branches.
- Cash or card at stores that connect with Payoo.
- Bank transfer to one of our bank accounts.
- Online payment by credit, debit or ATM cards
Guests can choose any of the above payment methods for making deposit or booking payment. Please note that, there is no guarantee for your room booking until we confirm that your full payment or deposit is received.
