These terms and conditions apply to all guests of Babylon Service Apartment chain.

BOOKING

Guests may book in advance or upon arrival. Rates and rooms featured on Babylon website are subjected to availability, and the service apartment reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reasons.

A booking is just guaranteed when guest receive a confirmation code from us via email.

When a guaranteed reservation is made, the contract (which including these terms and conditions) is formed between the guest with Babylon Service Apartment. Pre-termination of the lease after check-in is not permitted and full charge on deposit/payment of the confirmed reservations is applied

RATES

All rates shown online are in USD per room, and are inclusive of all fees and tax.

Rates are subjected to change without notice. Once a confirmation code is given, the rate is guaranteed. Rate does not include any incidental charges that may be incurred during guests’ stay. Such charges must be paid on guests’ departure and in the event of failure to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of guest’s contract with Babylon service apartment that he/she irrevocably authorizes the service apartment to debit his/her deposit for the amount of any shortfall.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT

Deposit is required before or upon check-in. The deposit amount is varied depended on guests’ length of stays.

Short term stays:
- From 6 to 30 nights: from 1 million VND up to 30% of total rent
- Full payment in advance: 100 USD on check-in.
Long term stays:
- From 1 to 6 months stay: 1 month’s rental.
- More than 6 months stay: 2 months’ rental.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

No show or cancelation might result in 100% of deposit/payment charge. To avoid cancelation charge, you must send us notification in advance:

For booking less than 01 weeks: 07 days prior to arrival date;
For booking of 01 weeks to less than 01 months: 14 days prior to arrival date;
For booking of 01 months and above: 01 months prior to arrival date.

PAYMENT METHOD

Guests may make payment or deposit by:

Cash at any of our Babylon branches.
Cash or card at stores that connect with Payoo.
Bank transfer to one of our bank accounts.
Online payment by credit, debit or ATM cards

Guests can choose any of the above payment methods for making deposit or booking payment. Please note that, there is no guarantee for your room booking until we confirm that your full payment or deposit is received.
